Pacifico Partnership addresses NPIA National Firearms Conference

Max Hill QC provided delegates with a "A view from counsel" including reference to:
- The role of prosecution counsel
- Safety interviews and counter terrorism
- Inquests and Inquiries
- Evidential issues for firearms officers

Peter Neyroud, Chief Executive of the NPIA opened the event on Day 1 and ACC Simon Chesterman led the programme on Day 2.


The event precedes the Pacifico Partnerships annual "Command of Armed Police Operations" conference set to be held in partnership and accredited by NPIA later this year at NPIA Ryton. The event will complement the current national curriculum for Gold and Silver Commanders and work is already in progress for a similar event for Bronze Commanders, TAC Advisors and AFO's
