We offer practical and insightful advice on how to approach tasks without bias, to evaluate hypotheses fairly, and to make robust decisions which will stand up to scrutiny.

We work with clients to assess where the mental shortcuts (to which we are all prone) could lead us into difficulties in our workplace, and we focus on strategies and techniques to make ourselves less prone to errors of judgment. We offer help on fact-checking and researching.

We can help members of leadership teams understand the biases and shortcuts that can affect our planning and our assessment of the outcomes we are looking to achieve.

We review methods of stress testing our processes, and ensuring that we are not engaging in closed-loop decisions which may result in self-deception and ultimately failure.
